Fudge may not sound like something healthy, but it is possible to make a healthier fudge than the usual.
This simple recipe will make you want to stuff half the freezer full of golden brown fudgiez.
You’ll need:
– 8 tablespoons peanut butter (or any other nutty butter)
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil or shea-butter
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey if you want)
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pinch of salt
(optional: lucuma powder)
Do this:
Mix the ingredients properly. Pour on baking paper. Place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. When fudge is froze, take out. Wait for 5 minutes and then cut into squares.
