Country side is life! More pix coming soon..
Water (4.2 Cups)
Oats (0.8 Cups)
Neutral oil of your choice (2-3 tbs)
Pinch of salt
Vanilla extract if preferred (0.5-1 tsp)
Mix the mixture in a blender until the milk is completely smooth without lumps.
Pour the milk into a juice strainer, straining bag or strain through a kitchen towel. Pour the milk into well-cleaned glass bottles and store in the fridge. Drink within 5-7 days. Don’t forget to shake the milk before drinking it, because oat milk has the ability to layer. Enjoy!
Side note: I use the milk mostly for making pancakes.
